Episode 7- The Opposite of the Prosecution

In Sarah's discussion with Deirdre (the lawyer from the innocence project), Deidre states that innocent clients are the least helpful because they don't know what to say, and that the case against Adnan is "very thin" (meaning that there isn't a strong case against him).  Explain Deidre's ideas about Adnan's case and whether you agree with her ideas or not. Also, why isn't Don a suspect?  Please respond with at least one paragraph and comment on at least two posts.  All posts and responses are due by Monday, 12.16 @ 8am.

Episode 5 - Route Talk

Route Talk- Based on Sarah's experiment, cell tower information,  and Adnan's story, does the state's timeline for murder seem possible? Does Sarah's "test run" seem realistic to commit a murder? Imagine you are the detective in this case and answer this question: To what degree does Sarah's experiment corroborate Jay's story? Is it truthful enough to convict Adnan, is it so impossible that you have to throw out Jay's testimony, or is it somewhere in the middle? Explain your decision. Please answer in paragraph form and comment on at least two other people's answers. All responses are due by Tuesday, 11.19 @ 11:59PM

Episode 4- Inconsistencies

After listening to Jay's various versions of what happened on the night of January 13th, do you think he is lying? If so, why would he lie? What could he be covering up? Could he be telling a partial truth? At this point, do you believe that Adnan killed Hae Min Lee? Why or why not? Please respond with a full paragraph answer (8-10 sentences) and comment on at least 2 other posts.  All posts and comments are due by Tuesday, 11/12 @ 11:59 PM

Episode 3 - Leakin Park

Does it sound like Mr. S. could be a potential suspect in Hae's murder or just a creepy guy peeing in the woods? Explain your answer. How does the presentation of all of this untested evidence affect your ideas about who the killer is? Why wasn't it tested? If you were Adnan how would you feel about this? Respond with one paragraph (8-10) sentences and comment on at least two other posts by Tuesday, 10/22@ 11:59 PM
