After hearing this case, i would lean on adnan being guilty but he wouldn't be the only one. Jay should've been questioned / investigated more however it just all points to him since he was ex, there is a palm print, his name was mentioned in showing the dead body but apparently that never happened. There is but there isn't, there is to the point where you can make an assumption but its an assumption, not a fact and it still goes both ways. I continue to think that both adnan and jay had something to do with it / knew about what was happening and what was going to happen. I dont fully know how to feel about adnan but i think jay has a lot of guilt to this. Adnan continues to have contradicting testimonies against him. Another thing adding onto it is the answering machine and the 2 min phone call. The Nisha call is a big problem for adnan because no one can justify what really happened and the pieces cant be put together. I guess there is enough information but it seems like there was no concrete answer so they simply decided to arrest the one who seemed the most guilty even if he wasnt.
ReplyDeleteThe misterious call could help and clear some doubts as if Adnan is guilty or not.
DeleteThe case against Adnan seems vague because there is not enough eveidence to convict Adnan for the crime. Although there are things and events that occured that look bad for Adnan. The only physical evidence that the prosecuters had against Adnan was a fingerprint but that doesn’t really prove anything since a fingerprint doesn’t provide a anythings useful realiting on time. Adnan also had been many times in Hes’s car before so the prints aren’t useful. Our Narrator Sarah talks about some doubts that she has on Adnan’s story that makes him look bad. For example when Adnan says that he doesn’t remenber that day clearly which seems weird for her because according to her just the fact that he got a call from the cops asking him if he knew where Hae was. But Adnan responds by saying that he didn’t give it much thought because the only thing that he thought was that hae would get into a lot of troubles with her family and Sarah says that he isn’t the only one that reacted like that. Another thing that made it’s way to the trial was a letter that Hea wrote to Adnan after they broke up which has a conversation of Adnan and a friend making fun of Hae and of themselves. But there a weird thing at the top of the note it said “I’m going to kill” and as Sarah speaks to Adnan friend she says that, that was not a part of the conversation. Over all after Sarah went over all the things that someone could use againts Adnan including corious behavior, the note found on Adnan’s room and the misterious call which is unexplicable. Over all i don’t think the prosecuters had concrete evidence to convict Adnan of the crime based on Jay’s story.
ReplyDeleteThere isn´t enough evidence to convict Adnan. I think prosecutors just took the easy way out instead of further investigating this case because they needed someone to pin the murder on quickly and digging deeper would have taken more time. The fingerprint they found of Adnan doesn't indicate that he was the one who killed her it just shows something we all knew from the start that Adnan has been inside her car before. Some things that Adnan couldnt remember make it seem a little suspicious on his part but if you really think about it if someone asked you to name every single thing you did in one day would you remember every detail or forget some like he did.
